Returns & Exchanges

At LifeVac Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the quality of the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
